How much do bartenders earn?
You can earn up to $20-$30 per hour, and earn an average yearly salary around $50,000. If you want to make extra money, you can work days, nights or weekends and/or as your second job. This job allows for great flexibility to cater to your individual needs.
What is the age minimum to be a bartender?
The minimum age to bartend varies from state to state (and Canada), however, most schools allow you to enroll at the age of 18 because that is the youngest age you can teach in the US. The following are the age requirements for the US and Canada:
Do I need a license to bartend?
No, however in some cities you may need to complete an alcohol awareness test. This awareness test will be administered as part of your bartending training.
Do I need to be certified for employment as a bartender?

How do I know I’m going to get a job after graduating from the program?
